Our popular Cafe & Deli Cookery Programme is back! This will be begin on Tuesday 14th May in the IDP office in Buncrana at 10am [this is the one day HACCP training]
However the immersive hands on practical café and deli cookery sessions with CIEH Level 2 Foundation in Food Safety Catering [HACCP] included (1-full day)
Learn a range of new skills including knife skills and learn how to prepare practical everyday dishes that would be perfect in any cafe/deli environment
The cookery aspect of the course begins on Tuesday 21st May until 25th June in Crana College Buncrana from 6-9pm. This course is for unemployed people only
This year’s theme is a ‘Café and Deli’ cookery programme. As well as the HACCP training participants will learn knife skills, as well as cookery various soups and delicious lunch style dishes. As this is an employability themed cookery programme – there is a small work experience element involved – this is a compulsory part of the course.
