We are looking for two full-time Office Administrators to join our team.  One permanent and one temporary position available.

Duties included but not limited to;

  • Processing orders and payments
  • Dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Organising travel for management

The ideal candidate should have;

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 6.00pm
