Attic & Cavity wall insulation is available to you FREE if you own your own home that was built before 2006 and in receipt of 1 of the following; Fuel Allowance as part of the National Fuel Scheme, Job Seeker’s Allowance for over six months AND have a child/children under 7 years, Working Family Payment, One Parent Family payment, Domiciliary Care Allowance (DCA), Carers Allowance and live with the person you are caring for.
