We are delighted to be teaming up with the Donegal Older Person Council to bring over 55s in Inishowen a fun and informative event called Ageing Well!

This is a free information and social event that will highlight local opportunities, supports, and services available to those in Inishowen

It will take place on October 19th in Ballyliffin Lodge and Spa from 10am – 2pm

Keynote speakers and performers include Donegal Age Friendly Ambassador Moya Brennan – First Lady of Celtic Music and Shunie Crampsey

As well as important discussions about planning for the future, mental health and services available, there will be music and dancing, finishing off with a free lunch.

Free limited transport will also be provided by TFI Local Link Donegal Sligo Leitrim
