IDP is delighted to be bringing back their first chef bootcamp of 2023!!

Following on from the popular deli chef course at the end of last year, the Breakfast Chef Bootcamp will all the breakfast and brunch classics, including eggs benedict, pancakes, waffles, French toast and omelettes.

You will also learn how to bake breakfast treats such as muffins, banana bread and scones.

Vitally the course will also cover the basics in food hygiene and HACCP to enable you to work in a food environment.

This course starts on Monday April 17 [for the one day HACCP training] and will run for 6 consecutive weeks in Crana College in Buncrana from 6-9pm beginning on Monday April 24th.

Breakfast Chef Bootcamp , which is held in collaboration with Taste 4 Success, is completely free and eligible only to people who are unemployed or those in receipt of a social welfare payment
