IDP have teamed up with Taste4Success Skillnet to deliver a 7 week FREE cookery course in Crana College,Buncrana. This course is only open to those not in employment or those in receipt of a social welfare payment.

Starting on Thursday September 28, the cookery course will follow a cafe/deli theme and will give participants an accredited qualification in food safety and HACCP. The first week will take place in the IDP offices and be an in classroom day to complete the food safety and hygiene. There after it will be held in Crana College in Buncrana on a Tuesday evening [beginning Oct 3rd] from 6pm – 9pm.

Each week will follow a different topic including soups, gourmet wraps and sandwiches, tray bakes, tarts/quiches and scones. It will also include basic knife and kitchen skills.
