Community Resilience Training helps people manage and respond to stress, anxiety and feeling overwhelmed.
A very practical, hands-on opportunity for people to build resiliency in their own lives and in those of their families.
Introduces six wellness skills that can easily be learned and taught.
Teaches how to read sensations connected to well-being and how to move back into the “Resilient Zone” after periods of stressful impact.
This training will be delivered online over 4 weeks, starting on Wednesday morning, October 13th from 10am-12noon and continues on Wednesday mornings from 10am-12noon on Oct 20th, Nov 3rd & Nov 10th.
