Community Resilience Training helps people manage and respond to stress, anxiety and feeling overwhelmed.
A very practical, hands-on opportunity for people to build resiliency in their own lives and in those of their families.
Introduces six wellness skills that can easily be learned and taught.
Teaches how to read sensations connected to well-being and how to move back into the “Resilient Zone” after periods of stressful impact.
This training will be delivered online over 4 weeks, starting on Monday, October 11th from 7-9pm and continues on Mondays from 7-9pm on Oct 18th, Nov 1st & Nov 8th.
