IDP have teamed up with Taste4Success Skillnet again to deliver a 7 week FREE cookery course in Crana College,Buncrana. This course is only open to those not in employment or those in receipt of a social welfare payment.

Starting on THURSDAY October 27, the cookery course will follow a cafe/deli theme and will give participants an accredited qualification in food safety and HACCP. Each week will follow a different topic including soups, gourmet wraps and sandwiches, tray bakes, tarts/quiches and scones. It will also include basic knife and kitchen skills.
