The workshop aims to increase your understanding of the symptoms, causes and stages of the menopause. It offers information on treatments and support available to help you manage menopause. 

The aim of Introduction to Menopause is to confront all the issues of menopause head on and have health care experts on hand to discuss all your concerns, as well as giving you practical and helpful tips on dealing on the difficult period in your life.
