5 Themed workshops – to start on Friday 8th October (for 5 weeks), 15th and 22nd October (Break for Halloween), 5th and 12th November 2021 from 10am – 12 noon.
Purpose: To enable participants to reflect on their personal development; to become more confident in life and to develop communication skills and build interpersonal relationships.
- Participants will become Self-aware, Assertive, and willing to take calculated risks in life.
- To develop life skills that will enable them to live happier and more contented lives.
- Reflect on their own personal identity and life experiences in a variety of situations.
