Following the success of our previous Tea & Me Self Care sessions, IDP is back with the another FREE four week course of inspiration personal development and empowerment.
We are delighted to be bringing this popular course to Glengad Community Centre for the first time and we are inviting people of the area to join in in the four weekly fun filled sessions.
The course, which has been created specially by author and creative facilitator Aileen McGee, offers the participants a morning of inspiration and a cup of tea in a friendly environment.
She will share bite size nuggets of down to earth wisdom that will enrich your life and help you to focus on what matters most… YOU!

Tea&Me begins on Tuesday 17th October from 10am – 12 noon and is free and open to everyone over the age of 18.
