The Happiness Project will see 30+ women from across the peninsula link in agreeing to read “The Happiness Project” by Gretchen Rueben- following the tips/tools month by month- chapter by chapter.

Link in via zoom once a month to say how the tips are working for them. There will also be a chance to meet up via a Whatsapp group set up for casual meet ups, and a Celebration event in December 2022 to evaluate the project.
