‘Taster Sessions for Women’ will run each Friday (7^th – 28^th October) from 10-12pm in our IDP office, Buncrana. Facilitated by Diane Greer with guest speakers on a range of topics including positive mental health & resilience, employment supports & opportunities, social prescribing, and nutrition/healthy eating.
