Hegartys Home Interiors operates a furniture and flooring store in Buncrana with over 70 years of experience in the furniture industry. We take pride in delivering exceptional furniture and interior pieces to our clients with the utmost care and professionalism.
They are seeking a reliable and professional Full-Time furniture Delivery Driver to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely load and unfold furniture and goods into the delivery van.
• Transport and deliver goods to clients’ homes and businesses across the country
• Ensure all items are handled with care to avoid damage during transit and delivery
• Communicate professionally with clients to ensure a positive delivery experience
• Assist with assembly of furniture on site where required.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery challenges promptly
• When not on delivery, assisting with goods in and out of the warehouse.
Requirements:
• Full Irish driver’s license ( clean driving record essential)
• Fluent English ( written and spoken)
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy goods ( key part of the role)
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility with working hours ( some weekend work may be required)
Immediate start. Full time job. 8 hour shift. Overtime available. 5 days
Salary: €32000-€38000 per year
