Due to continued expansion, we are looking to employ a Service & Parts Manager to join the team.

This is a permanent, full time position.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively managing warehouse inventory and the distribution of parts.
  • Assist technicians and customers in finding the required parts.
  • Work with suppliers to negotiate prices, track orders and manage stock.
  • Provide technical support and manage warranty claims.
  • Continually develop strong product knowledge on new and existing products.
  • Maintain positive business relationships.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical background with a minimum of 5+ year experience.
  • A working knowledge of Shantui machinery, JAB and WULF attachments is essential
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills is a must.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Ability to travel in the region may be required
