Due to continued expansion, we are looking to employ a Service & Parts Manager to join the team.
This is a permanent, full time position.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively managing warehouse inventory and the distribution of parts.
- Assist technicians and customers in finding the required parts.
- Work with suppliers to negotiate prices, track orders and manage stock.
- Provide technical support and manage warranty claims.
- Continually develop strong product knowledge on new and existing products.
- Maintain positive business relationships.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical background with a minimum of 5+ year experience.
- A working knowledge of Shantui machinery, JAB and WULF attachments is essential
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills is a must.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential
- Full clean driving licence.
- Ability to travel in the region may be required
