• Service for Employers

  Inishowen Development Partnership has built strong links with local employers and many employers use our services as another source for recruiting staff.

  • Advertising Vacancies
    • IDP can promote your vacancies on our Facebook page (IDP Employment Support) and Inishowen Development Partnership’s website: (https://inishowen.ie/jobs/).
    • Facebook vacancies must be on on JPEG or PNG image.
    • Website vacancies must be in a Word document.

   

  • Recruitment Mediator
    • Employers can avail of a free recruitment and placement service. They can request that job applicants apply directly to their company or ask job-seekers to apply via the Employment Support Service

   

   

• Drop-in Service to Resource Centre

  The drop-in service allows jobseekers to avail of the facilities at IDP for job-seeking purposes (for example computers, internet, email, telephone, and photocopying) at their own convenience.

• Sourcing Vacancies

  The Employment Support Team have a good knowledge of local businesses and can discuss local job opportunities and guide job-seekers in the right direction to jobs suited to their skills, abilities and interests.

  Job seekers have the option of being placed on a database where they are notified of vacancies which are likely to be of interest to them.
