Donegal Youth Service is currently recruiting Youth Workers to join the Youthscape Plus Programme, a PEACEPLUS-supported initiative that helps young people overcome barriers and build confidence, skills, and positive pathways for the future.
In this role, you will:
- Support young people through 1:1 mentoring
- Deliver group programmes & workshops
- Help build skills in personal development & employability
- Work directly in the community through outreach youth work
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about supporting young people
- A strong communicator and team player
- Flexible and ready to work across different settings
- Full driving licence & access to a car required
35 hours per week | Fixed-term until Dec 2027
