The ideal candidate will:
• Thrive in a high‑pressure, high‑turnover kitchen environment
• Work well using their own initiative as part of a strong team
• Be available for a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Maintain excellent standards to ensure top‑quality food for customers
• Have experience and knowledge of HACCP procedures
• Bring at least 2 years of culinary experience in a similar fast‑paced establishment
