Our client is looking to recruit a full-time Office/Accounts Assistant to join their team in the Buncrana area.

Duties will include, but not limited to;

  • invoicing and associated documentation
  • dealing with customers and suppliers
  • answering telephone and emails
  • general office administration

The ideal candidates should have/be;

  • good communication skills
  • able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
  • experience using Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • experience in payroll desirable but not essential
