R. Duffy Plant Hire Ltd. is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work in their Buncrana based office. This role is full time, but they would consider the right candidate at part time.
Duties include:
- Taking orders by phone and in person
- answering phones, emails, filing, organising, inputting data on spreadsheets, invoicing etc.
- General bookkeeping (Surf Accounts)
- Payroll (Thesaurus)
- General office duties
This person must have excellent communication skills, ability to work on their own and as a part of a team, good organisational skills, willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
Experience in Thesaurus Payroll and Surf Accounts is desirable.
