Inishowen Children’s Autism Related Education Limited are hiring an
Office/Finance Administrator

P/T Hours: 20 hours per week
Rate: €18 per hour

Job Description
The successful applicant will be reporting directly to ICARE’s Finance
Sub-committee/Steering committee to work closely with the ICARE Co-ordinator
and the iADULT Manager implementing and monitoring financial procedures in relation to programmes and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and maintaining effective and efficient financial accounting records
  • Preparing financial reports to the Board of Directors
  • Efficient operation of the monthly payroll and processing payments
  • Keeping accurate accounting records and following internal financial
    controls and procedures for sales ledger/purchase ledger/banking
  • Liaising with HSE and other outside agencies to secure continued funding
  • Assisting the collection, counting & banking of charity boxes
  • Managing company correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Managing inventory of office supplies. including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Preparing financials for annual audit
  • Essential qualifications/experience
  • Accounting qualification/s years experience in a similar role
  • Self knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel. Experience in operating accounts software,
    Surf is desirable
