PJD Group is recruiting a full-time Project Administrator to support live residential housing developments across Ireland. This is an excellent entry-level role with full training provided — no construction experience required.

About the Role

As Project Administrator, you will work closely with the company’s QS and Project Management team, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of construction projects, including planning, design, pre‑construction, construction, and conveyancing. [

Key Duties

  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
  • Assist with scheduling, programming, and project planning
  • Support tracking of project budgets, timelines, and progress
  • Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and resources
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and project administration
  • Support health & safety compliance
  • Provide general project support and take on ad‑hoc tasks as needed
