Sales Representative – Buncrana

HML are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about construction, customer-focused, and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic sales environment.

This is a Full-Time Permanent role based in our Buncrana Branch.

Salary Negotiable depending on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business opportunities by promoting the company to potential customers.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying customer needs and offering customized maintenance solutions and services.
• Identify industry trends and continually grow knowledge of products, features & services.
• Provide expert sales support ,correspondence, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or a similar role.
• A solid understanding of construction machinery, in particular Shantui products.
• Driven to succeed, with a passion for sales and a knack for hitting targets.
• Attentive listener, adept at understanding a clients needs to build lasting rapport.
• Full Clean Driving Licence.
