The Inishowen Gateway Hotel is currently recruiting for Senior Chef positions, with both full‑time and part‑time roles available. About the Role
The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the hotel’s kitchen team, contributing to a high‑pressure, high‑turnover environment. You will be expected to use your own initiative, maintain excellent standards, and support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
Key Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Commitment to delivering food of the highest quality for the benefit of both the customer and the establishment.
- Strong experience and knowledge of HACCP procedures.
- A minimum of 2 years’ culinary experience in a similar busy operation.
