ICARE Buncrana is currently recruiting for a full-time Team Leader position within its iADULT Day Service. This community-based role offers an opportunity to lead and support adults in a person-centred environment, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and active participation in meaningful programmes and activities. The successful candidate will work closely with service users, families, and management while promoting the principles of New Directions and supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of adults
- Liaising with parents/guardians and management
- Organising events and activities for adults
- Following New Directions and a person-centred approach
