ON Tuesday 7th October we celebrated the official launch of the HARC Project – Healthy Active Rural Communities at An Grianan Hotel in Burt
This exciting cross-border initiative, led by Rural Area Partnership Incorporated and delivered in partnership with IDP Spraoi agus Spórt and Derg Valley Care & Healthy Living Centre is set to bring transformative change to rural communities across Inishowen and the Faughan, Sperrin & Derg areas of Derry City & Strabane.
Funded by PEACEPLUS and managed by the Special EU Programmes Body – SEUPB , HARC will deliver Nature-Based Wellbeing, Family Support Programmes and Social Enterprise Development
This marks an exciting chapter for IDP, and we’re looking forward to seeing the positive impact HARC will have on rural communities in Inishowen.
