The programme offers one to one support and guidance, allowing clients to assess their current skills, identify suitable development opportunities, and support clients to progress to sustainable employment.
Clients will be assigned a dedicated Employment Support Officer, who will meet with them on a regular one-to-one basis in our office in Buncrana, or at one of our outreach facilities in Carndonagh or Moville.

Your Employment Support Officer will help you to develop a personal progression plan, provide you with the opportunity to explore career interests through interest profilers, support to identify and access education and training opportunities, gain employment/work experience, and assist you identify and address personal barriers to employment.
