Rural Social Scheme [RSS]

The Rural Social Scheme (RSS) provides part‑time employment opportunities for low‑income farmers and fishers, while helping to deliver important community services across Inishowen. The scheme supports local organisations by offering practical, hands‑on help that keeps community spaces active, safe and well maintained.
