North West Aluminium are seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join a well-established local business based in the Letterkenny area on a permanent basis.
* Provide front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and receiving and greeting all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist in general office administration providing full admin support to various departments.
* Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
* Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
* To carry out general office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing etc.
* Previous experience in a similar role in an office environment.
* Working knowledge in Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Excellent telephone manner is essential.
* Strong Computing and word processing skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Accounts experience an advantage.
