An opportunity has arisen at the Lake of Shadows Hotel for an experienced commis chef.
This is a part-time role which includes shifts and weekend work.
Criteria:
Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment using their own initiative and as part of a team.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Ensure that the food offered is always of the highest standard.
Must have experience and knowledge of HACCAP procedures and have excellent culinary experience.
