Our Slaintecare Healthy Communties Healthy Food Made Easy cooking class is coming to Carndonagh!!!

Beginning on Wednesday April 10th from 10.30-12.30pm in The Colgan Hall Carn, the six week Healthy Food Made Easy free programme follows a healthy eating programme in a simple family friendly way and in a relaxed social and fun environment.

It teaches you the basics of healthy eating on a budget and straight forward recipes that will suit all cooking abilities.
