Our client is looking to recruit a part-time Accounts Administrator to work in their North Inishowen office. Hours of work will be discussed with successful candidate.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Preparing invoices and associated documentation
- Reconciling debtor and creditor accounts
- Preparing payments and reconciling banks
- Answering debtor/creditor queries
- General office duties
Candidates should have;
- Experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of accounting packages
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and capable of working on own initiative
