Accounts Administrator

Part Time

Our client is looking to recruit a part-time Accounts Administrator to work in their North Inishowen office.  Hours of work will be discussed with successful candidate.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Preparing invoices and associated documentation
  • Reconciling debtor and creditor accounts
  • Preparing payments and reconciling banks
  • Answering debtor/creditor queries
  • General office duties

Candidates should have;

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of accounting packages
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and capable of working on own initiative
