An Accounts /Office Administrator is required to work on a Full Time/Part time basis for a concrete and block manufacturer in the Muff Area

Duties to include:

Answering calls and despatching orders

Preparing weekly/monthly reports

Preparing invoices and associated documents

Reconciling debtor and creditors reports on a monthly bases

Oversee and manage all day to day accounting/processes and payment invoices.

Candidates must have:

Good knowledge of sage accounts and payroll

Knowledge of VAT

Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative.
