Our client based in South Inishowen, is looking to recruit an Administrator / Bookkeeper to work in their office.

Hours of work negotiable.

Duties to include:

  • Answering calls and dispatching orders
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports
  • Preparing invoices and associated documents
  • Reconciling debtor and creditors report
  • Overseeing and managing all day to day accounting processes and payment invoices

Candidates should have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
