Our client based in South Inishowen, is looking to recruit an Administrator / Bookkeeper to work in their office.
Hours of work negotiable.
Duties to include:
- Answering calls and dispatching orders
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports
- Preparing invoices and associated documents
- Reconciling debtor and creditors report
- Overseeing and managing all day to day accounting processes and payment invoices
Candidates should have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
