Greencastle Community Centre are seeking an Assistant Programme Co-ordinator to to help develop engaging programmes and courses in our community.

Job Summary:
Work with the manager and others to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of courses and programmes. Promote learner success and community growth, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting with course development: researching potential course topics and helping create course outlines and schedules.
• Assisting the manager in sourcing funding opportunities for new or existing courses.
• Marketing and promotion: creating flyers, posters, and online content to promote upcoming courses.
• Budgeting: tracking course budgets, processing material and equipment costs.

Essential Criteria:

  •  IT skills, confident in the use of Microsoft Office and social media.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Obtained an Irish Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in the community sector

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Job share could be considered.
Contract: Permanent – Pobal CSP dependent on a re-contracted basis.
