YMCA Ireland are currently recruiting for a Communications Officer.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our team to share and support the immense work that YMCA’s are engaged in to support young people and their families.

This post is 21 hours per week and the main job role is to curate, present and disseminate the key messages from the YMCA movement in Ireland to the relevant audiences and to develop an annual plan for the delivery of the communication strategy.

YMCA Ireland is an all island movement and for over 175 years has been delivering life enhancing programmes to young people and families.

YMCA’s vision is a world where young people, their families and communities flourish in body, mind and spirit.

This post will be flexible and home based and will support YMCA Ireland work across the movement.

Gross Salary scale is point G6 – £26,039.00 pro rata if based in N.I. or €31,247.00 pro rata if based in ROI.

Closing date for completed applications is 12 noon Friday 21 January 2022. Shortlisting will take place and you will be notified if you have been successful at this stage.
