Inishowen Gateway Hotel requires a full time duty manager. Experience in a similar role is required, and
due to the nature of the business, will also involve shifts and weekend work
- Your duties will include:
the management of staff rotas ensuring that shifts are covered
ensuring that staff are motivated and are offering exceptional customer service
cash handling and end of day checking
dealing with customer feedback and issues ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
management and ordering of stock
you will work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver an excellent service in a friendly family environment - Skills and qualification requirements
you will have a good knowledge of all areas of the hotel and have excellent communications, customer care and complaint handling skills you will also need a minimum two years’ work experience in a similar role
due to the nature of the business, this role will involve shifts and weekend work, and is full time
