Part Time

We are looking for an Office Administrator to work from home for approximately 20 hours per week.

Duties include;

  • Preparing and issuing invoices to clients
  • Monitoring and reconciling project accounts
  • Monitoring staff hours and out of country days
  • Updating social media
  • General office duties

Experience required:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
