We are looking for an Office Administrator to work from home for approximately 20 hours per week.
- Preparing and issuing invoices to clients
- Monitoring and reconciling project accounts
- Monitoring staff hours and out of country days
- Updating social media
- General office duties
- Good organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
