Our client is looking to recruit an Office Assistant to work in their Buncrana based office. The job is full-time temporary to cover maternity leave initially. After maternity cover there may be an option to stay with the company working on a part-time basis.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Taking orders by phone and in person
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Issuing invoices and taking payments
  • General office duties

Previous experience working in a busy office environment required.
