The Martin Property Group have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive, established team ensuring a proactive support service is provided to our Company Director.
This role requires a proactive individual, who is able to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships across the business.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and have strong organisational and communication skills. Previous administrative / PA experience is preferred. This role will entail a broad and interesting range of tasks and projects. Being a team- player is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the Director.
- Day to day management / interaction with external contractors and consultants.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Arranging meetings and appointments.
- Drafting and sending communications (including press releases, social media posts and publications).
- Creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Updating databases and contact lists.
- Collating monthly mileage and managing expenses.
- On occasion, taking minutes at meetings may be required.
Essential Criteria
- 4 years + experience as Personal Assistant/Administrator working in a fast -paced role/environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate directly with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word).
- Attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge or interest of Commercial Property / Real Estate sector.
