Our client is looking to recruit a Part-time Accounts Administrator to work in their North Inishowen office
Candidates should have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of accounting packages
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, and be able to work on own initiative
Duties include but not limited to;
- Preparing invoices and associated documentation
- Reconciling debtor and creditor accounts
- Preparing payments and reconciling banks
- Answering debtor/creditor queries
- General office duties
