Lynch Windows are looking to recruit a part-time/full-time Reception/Administration Assistant.

Ideal candidates must have the following essential attributes;

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated with strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
  • General office duties
  • Excellent customer service
  • Direct customer queries to relevant staff members
  • Administration and filing duties
  • Ability to multi-task

Desirable attributes;

  • 2 years + experience in busy office
  • Knowledge of payroll systems
  • Ability to read construction drawings
