Inishowen Development Partnership (IDP) as an implementation partner to the Local Community Development Committee (LCDC)/Donegal County Council (DCC) for the new Rural Development Programme (LEADER) 2014-2020, will host four public information meetings about the new LEADER Programme funding. Potential promoter/applicants are being advised that there are major changes involved in accessing LEADER funding under the new programme. A series of public meetings will be held in the coming weeks to advise those interested in applying for funding.

Tuesday 18th October | Colgan Hall, Carndonagh, | 7.30 p.m. – 9 p.m. |
Wednesday 19th October | Quigley’s Point Community Centre | 7.30 p.m. – 9 p.m. |
Thursday 20th October | Columba Hall, Newtowncunningham | 2 p.m. – 3.30 p.m. |
Thursday 20th October | Buncrana Youth and Community Dev. Co., Castle Avenue, Buncrana | 7.30 p.m. – 9 p.m. |
Expression of interest forms will be sought for projects under the headings of Rural Tourism, Enterprise Development, Rural Towns, Broadband, Basic Services Targeted at Hard to reach Communities, Rural Youth, Protection and Sustainable use of Water Resources, Protection and Improvement of Local Biodiversity and Development of Renewable Energy when the programme opens.
