Attic and Cavity Wall Insulation are available to you FREE of charge if you own your own home that was built before 2006 and you are in receipt of one of the following: Fuel Allowance as part of the National Fuel Scheme, Job Seekers Allowance for over six months and have a child under seven years of age, Family Income Supplement, One Parent Family Payment
